Broomfield Eagles Varsity defeated Mountain Range 10-0 on Thursday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Kenzi Garner induced a groundout from Santina Aragon to finish off the game.

Hadlee Reichert led Broomfield Eagles Varsity to victory by driving in four runs. She went 2-for-4 at the plate. Reichert drove in runs on a home run in the fourth and a single in the sixth.

The Eagles tallied five runs in the sixth inning. Broomfield Eagles Varsity’s big inning was driven by singles by Reichert and Emmie Meeks, a fielder’s choice by Chloe Eiguren, and a double by Claire Comstock.

Breanna Fiala was the winning pitcher for Broomfield Eagles. She surrendered zero runs on two hits over five innings, striking out seven and walking one. Garner threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity tallied one home run on the day. Reichert had a homer in the fourth inning.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity saw the ball well today, racking up 14 hits in the game. Comstock, Garner, Meeks, and Reichert all had multiple hits for Eagles. Garner and Comstock each managed three hits to lead Broomfield. The Eagles Varsity was sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Caylie Eiguren made the most plays with nine.

Despite allowing three runs in the third inning, Broomfield Eagles Varsity defeated Chaparral 10-5 on Saturday.

In the first inning, Broomfield Eagles Varsity got their offense started. Kenzi Garner singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.
Broomfield Eagles Varsity took the lead for good with one run in the fourth inning. In the fourth Hadlee Reichert doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity scored five runs in the fifth inning. The rally was led by a home run by Bryna Kapelke and a double by Elizabeth Thorngren.

Garner got the win for Broomfield Eagles Varsity. She lasted four innings, allowing six hits and four runs while striking out four and walking zero. Breanna Fiala threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity socked one home run on the day.* Kapelke* went for the long ball in the fifth inning.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity tallied 11 hits on the day. Claire Comstock,* Garner*, Thorngren, Reichert, and Kapelke all collected multiple hits for Broomfield Eagles Varsity. Kapelke, Reichert, Thorngren, Garner, and Comstock each collected two hits on the day.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity had no trouble on offense today, winning big over Poudre 13-3

Broomfield Eagles Varsity evened things up at one in the bottom of the first inning when Hadlee Reichert singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity pulled away for good with two runs in the second inning. In the second Reichert singled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.
The Eagles put up five runs in the fifth inning. Broomfield Eagles Varsity’s offense in the inning came from singles by Kenzi Garner, Chloe Eiguren, and Claire Scott and a walk by Shannon Jones.

Garner earned the win for Broomfield Eagles Varsity. She surrendered three runs on seven hits over five innings, striking out three.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity racked up 13 hits. Eiguren, Reichert, and Garner each racked up multiple hits for Broomfield Eagles Varsity. Eiguren went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Broomfield Eagles Varsity in hits.

4-Hit Day For Thorngren
Elizabeth Thorngren had a busy day at the plate on Tuesday, smacking four hits in Broomfield Eagles Varsity’s 18-5 victory over Monarch. Thorngren singled in the third, singled in the third, homered in the fifth, and doubled in the seventh.

Garner pitched Broomfield Eagles Varsity to victory. She went three innings, allowing two runs on two hits and striking out two. Emmie Meeks and Maycee Bricker entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
