Broomfield Eagles Varsity defeated Fairview 17-2 on Tuesday thanks to a timely 12 runs in a big first inning. Broomfield Eagles Varsity big bats were led by* Kenzi Garner*, Kailey Morales, Shannon Jones, Caylie Eiguren, Bryna Kapelke, and Hadlee Reichert, all driving in runs in the inning.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity fired up the offense in the first inning, when Garner homered on a 1-0 count, scoring three runs.

Maycee Bricker pitched Broomfield Eagles Varsity to victory. She allowed four hits and two runs over three innings, striking out two and walking one.

The Eagles launched one home run on the day. Garner put one out in the first inning.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity saw the ball well today, racking up 13 hits in the game. Eiguren, Claire Comstock, Garner, and Reichert all managed multiple hits. Reichert, Garner, Comstock, and* Eiguren* each managed two hits to lead Broomfield Eagles Varsity.

Fiala got the win for the Eagles Varsity. She surrendered one run on three hits over eight innings, striking out eight.*

The Eagles stole the lead late and defeated Fossil Ridge 2-1 on Tuesday. The game was tied at one with Broomfield Eagles Varsity batting in the top of the eighth when Kenzi Garner hit a solo homer.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Breanna Fiala struck out eight.

The Eagles got on the board in the first inning when Bryna Kapelke hit a solo homer.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, Fossil Ridge tied things up at one. An error scored one run for Fossil Ridge.

Nikki McGaffin took the loss for Fossil Ridge.

The Broomfield Eagles socked two home runs on the day. Kapelke went yard in the first inning. Garner went deep in the eighth inning.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity racked up eight hits on the day. Garner and Chloe Eiguren all managed multiple hits for Broomfield Eagles Varsity. Garner led Broomfield with three hits in four at bats.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity weathered a scare by Loveland in the fourth inning where Broomfield Eagles Varsity coughed up three runs, but the Eagles still won 11-4 on Monday.

In the first inning, Broomfield got their offense started. Kenzi Garner’s sac fly scored one run.

Garner got the win for the Eagles Varsity. She allowed zero hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out three and walking zero.* Maycee Bricker* entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity totaled 18 hits. Elizabeth Thorngren, Emmie Meeks, Claire Comstock, Izabella Mikelson, Hadlee Reichert, and Bryna Kapelke each collected multiple hits for the Eagles. Thorngren led Broomfield with four hits in five at-bats.

Broomfield Eagles Varsity managed through a push by Ralston Valley in the first inning where Broomfield Eagles Varsity coughed up three runs, but they still won 7-4 on Saturday.

Ralston Valley took an early lead in the first inning. Ralston Valley scored one run when Bachman doubled.

The Eagles took the lead for good with three runs in the third inning. In the third Hadlee Reichert singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run and Kenzi Garner tripled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.

Garner took the win for Broomfield Eagles Varsity. She surrendered three runs on four hits over four innings, striking out one. Breanna Fiala threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

The Eagles Varsity racked up 12 hits on the day. Elizabeth Thorngren, Claire Comstock, Reichert, Bryna Kapelke, and Garner each had multiple hits for Broomfield. Garner, Kapelke, Reichert, Comstock, and Thorngren each collected two hits to lead the way.
