2021 Schedules for Varsity and JV!

It’s almost time for the 2021 softball season, here’s what you need to know to get started this fall!
- Summer workouts continue every Monday and Wednesday morning from 7:30am-9:00am at the fields.
- Must have current physical and register for fall sports through BHS website by 8/9/2021. Cannot practice without it*
- Dates for tryouts are Aug. 9-11 at 4:30pm. (Wear full softball attire… no shorts) Bring water, sunscreen, snack etc..
- Teams selected and posted on Aug. 11th
- Scrimmage day is Aug. 14th details TBD

Eagles Fall to Cherokee Trail in the Elite Eight
Broomfield Eagles Varsity Drops Game To Cherokee Trail After Late Score
The Eagles stayed in it until the end, but Cherokee Trail pulled away late in a 7-5 victory on Thursday. The game was tied at five with Cherokee Trail batting in the top of the ninth when Addi Krei singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.
Broomfield Eagles Varsity knotted the game up at five in the bottom of the seventh inning. Chloe Eiguren drove in one when Eiguren doubled.
Kenzi Garner took the loss for Broomfield. Garner lasted four innings, allowing five hits and three runs while striking out two.
Claire Comstock went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Broomfield Eagles Varsity in hits.
