Elyana Braly drove in four runs on three hits to lead Broomfield past Poudre 18-1 on Tuesday. Braly singled in the fourth scoring two, doubled in the first scoring one, and singled in the fourth scoring one. The Eagles scored 10 runs in the fourth inning on the way to victory. Maleea Taga doubled, scoring one run, Braly singled, scoring one run, Mailee Blenman doubled, scoring two runs, Brynlee Taga singled, scoring one run, Avery Gines singled, scoring two runs, Kiley Wheaton singled, scoring one run, and Braly singled, scoring two runs. They got on the board in the top of the first inning after Ireland Heer tripled, and Braly doubled, each scoring one run. Broomfield added to their early lead in the top of the second inning when Koko Pottorff tripled, scoring two runs, Jenna Kapelke grounded out, scoring one run, and Wheaton drew a walk, scoring one run. The Eagles added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Lauren Martinez singled, and Kapelke doubled, each scoring one run. Heer earned the win for Broomfield. They gave up zero hits and one run (zero earned) over three innings, striking out five and walking three. Taga threw one inning of shutout ball in relief. They allowed one hit, striking out one and walking one. Broomfield tallied 18 hits in the game. Wheaton, Kapelke, Blenman, Martinez, and Gines each collected multiple hits for the Eagles. They had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating five walks for the game. Wheaton and Lauren Hernandez led the team with two free passes each. Wheaton stole two bases.

Broomfield won big over Rocky Mountain 12-2 on Saturday. The Eagles got on the board in the bottom of the third inning after Koko Pottorff doubled, Avery Gines hit a sacrifice fly, and Kiley Wheaton walked, each scoring one run. Broomfield scored six runs on four hits in the bottom of the fifth inning. Ireland Heer singled, scoring two runs, Elyana Braly singled, scoring one run, Mailee Blenman hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Pottorff singled, scoring two runs. Heer earned the win for Broomfield. The right-handed pitcher surrendered four hits and two runs over six innings, striking out eight and walking two.
Broomfield piled up 11 hits in the game. Jenna Kapelke, Braly, Pottorff, and Lauren Hernandez each collected two hits for the Eagles. Pottorff seized on their opportunities, leading the way with three runs batted in from the number nine spot in the lineup. The infielder went 2-for-3 on the day. Wheaton paced Broomfield with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, accumulating seven walks for the game. Wheaton, Pottorff, and Hernandez each stole multiple bases. The Eagles ran wild on the base paths, amassing 11 stolen bases for the game, and turned one double play in the game.

Heer hit a home run to center field in the fifth scoring three, hit a sacrifice fly in the first scoring one, and hit a sacrifice fly in the third scoring one. The Eagles got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Kiley Wheaton singled, and Heer hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run. They added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Mailee Blenman tripled, and Koko Pottorff hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run. Broomfield added one run in the third after Heer hit a sacrifice fly. Heer homered to center field, scoring three runs in the bottom of the fifth for the Eagles. Heer earned the win. The starting pitcher gave up three hits and two runs (zero earned) over six innings, striking out five and walking three. Maleea Taga appeared in relief for Broomfield.

Kiley Wheaton collected three hits in four at-bats, as Broomfield defeated Mountain Vista 9-4 on Saturday. Wheaton singled in the sixth inning, singled in the second inning, and singled in the fifth inning. Mountain Vista opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to two singles. Mountain Vista first got on the board when Lauren Falk singled, scoring one run. Elyana Braly singled, which helped the Eagles tie the game at two in the bottom of the first. Broomfield captured the lead, 4-2, in the bottom of the second after Jenna Kapelke grounded out, and Avery Gines singled, each scoring one run.
Broomfield flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the sixth, scoring five runs on five hits to take a 9-4 lead. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Kapelke that drove in two. Ireland Heer earned the win for the Eagles. The starting pitcher gave up 10 hits and four runs over seven innings, striking out four and walking none.
The Eagles tallied 12 hits in the game. Wheaton and Braly each collected three hits. Kapelke led Broomfield with three runs batted in. The left-handed hitter went 1-for-4 on the day. Lauren Martinez and Gines each collected multiple hits and Wheaton stole three bases. The Eagles were sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Arreana Rivera made the most plays with seven.
